Attention Women: How to Put Yourself First and Engineer Your Best Life
Three Week Tele-Seminar from the Comfort of Your Own Home
The dawn of a NEW YEAR has always been a time for reflecting on the past, yet more importantly, looking forward to the upcoming year. It’s a time to reflect on the changes we want (or need) to make. It is a time to resolve to follow through on those changes. Do you or someone you know start each year with a list of resolutions?
Do you or someone you know fail annually on fulfilling these personal commitments? Do you ever question WHY they don’t work? Why don’t they stick??? How would you like to ring in a NEW YEAR – 2010 with realistic goals and better still, have the tools to make them a reality?
Did you know that people who explicitly make resolutions are 10 times more likely to attain their goals than people who don’t? Imagine the personal possibilities. Be accountable! Sadly, according to John C. Norcross (University of Scranton) more than 40 to 45% of American adults make one or more resolutions each year; however, by 6 months less than half are honoring them.
WHY? I will show and teach you introspective ways to push past the failure.
In this Tele-Seminar, I will help you to explore:
• Your current life and happiness scale
• Your values and Future Self
• What makes a habit?
• Setting realistic and obtainable goals
• Learning to say YES and NO
• Provide tools of inspiration and motivation
